Melissa grew up in neighboring Lyndeborough, NH, moving to Milford in 2008. Melissa was top of her class at the University of Massachusetts, where she achieved a BS in Criminal Justice with a concentration in violence, and minor in Psychology. One of Melissa’s greatest passions is understanding human behavior, which has complimented her background in customer service, and inevitably yielded a sincere understanding of customer needs.
Melissa is presently a customer service representative at Adam Vaillancourt Roofing LLC. Her main prerogative is to ascertain from the potential customer how the company can best serve them, sighting their pains, wants, and needs. She appreciates that to truly be an effective call- taker, she must have the customer’s best interests in the forefront of her priorities.
When Melissa is not working, she enjoys pursuing physical fitness, competing in local runs, and hiking with her dogs. Her husband, Adam, and children, Mia and Cole, remain her greatest loves. As a family, they enjoy gardening, traveling, board games, and exercising together. They are also very active in their local church, where they’ve made fast friends and cultivated meaningful relationships.
