At Adam Vaillancourt Roofing & Gutters, our love for people extends beyond the homes we serve. We are proud to support organizations, programs and events that strengthen the communities where our customers and team members live and work.

Because we receive many deserving requests throughout the year, all donation and sponsorship opportunities must be submitted through the form below. This helps us consider every request thoughtfully and consistently.

Our Approach to Community Support

Every organization that contacts us is doing work that matters. Unfortunately, we cannot provide financial or in-kind support for the many requests we receive.

AVR establishes a community-support budget and selects opportunities based on available resources, timing, community impact and alignment with our service areas and company values.

Submitting a request does not guarantee funding or sponsorship. Decisions are not made during phone calls or in-person visits, and submitting materials at an AVR location does not replace the online request process.

Before You Submit

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Requests should be submitted at least six weeks before the event or response deadline.
  • Organizations may submit one request per calendar year.
  • The organization, program or event should primarily benefit communities within AVR’s service area.
  • Requests are reviewed based on the information provided and the community-support funds available at that time.
  • Completing the form does not guarantee a donation, sponsorship, service, promotion or response by a particular date.
  • AVR may be unable to fulfill a request even when the organization and its work are strongly aligned with our values.

We wish we could, but the number of worthy requests we receive exceeds the resources available. Every submission is considered under the same review process, but support cannot be guaranteed.

No. Our front-office and contact-center team members cannot approve donation or sponsorship requests. Please use the form on this page so the appropriate team can review your information.

Please submit your request at least six weeks before your event or deadline. Requests submitted with less notice may not be reviewed in time.

Every completed form will be received for consideration. Due to the volume of requests, AVR can only contact those organizations whose opportunities can be pursued at that time.

Yes. Organizations may submit one request per calendar year. Support in one year does not guarantee support in a future year.
