Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Overview
The Adam Vaillancourt Roofing and Construction Referral Program (the “Program”) enables eligible participants (“Users”) to earn cash rewards (“Rewards”) by referring others who become qualified leads or customers of Adam Vaillancourt Roofing and Construction LLC (“AV Roofing”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Participation in the Program requires Users to download the AV Roofing referral app, register for an account, and accept these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By participating, Users agree to abide by these Terms, which supplement AV Roofing’s general Terms of Use.
1. How to Participate & Earn Referral Rewards
To join the Program and earn Rewards, Users must:
- Download the official AV Roofing Referral App
- Register a valid account and accept these Terms within the app
- Refer new contacts to AV Roofing using the referral tools provided in the app
Users may earn Rewards if:
- A referred contact schedules and attends a roofing consultation in-person, with an AV Roofing sales representative (“Qualifying Roofing Appointment”); and/or
- A referred contact signs a valid contract for roofing services and pays in full upon completion of the contract with AV Roofing (“Qualifying Roofing Sale”); and
- The referred contact is not already in the AV Roofing system as a lead or customer, and has not been referred by another User within the previous 6 months.
Only the first referral on record (based on time/date of submission in the system) will be eligible for a Reward. Duplicate or retroactive referrals will be considered void.
2. Referral Rewards Payment
- All Rewards will be paid via PayPal or Venmo only.
- The User must link a valid PayPal or Venmo account in the app to receive payment.
- Payment method must be set within 60 days of reward eligibility. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Reward, which will be considered void.
- If the total Rewards paid to a User reach or exceed $600 in a calendar year, AV Roofing will issue a W-9 tax form to the User for tax reporting, which must be completed before additional payments are processed.
Users are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable local, state, or federal taxes on Rewards earned through the Program.
3. Data Privacy & Security
AV Roofing is committed to protecting Users’ personal information and will only collect and use data necessary for the operation and management of the Program.
AV Roofing will ensure that all data use is compliant with applicable privacy regulations, including those specific to referral programs, as set forth by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and other relevant authorities.
3.1 Information Collected
We collect information during app registration and referral activity, including but not limited to:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Referral history and performance
- Payment account data (e.g., linked PayPal or Venmo accounts)
3.2 How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Track referral activity and process Rewards
- Communicate Program updates or changes
- Comply with tax and regulatory obligations
3.3 Privacy Law Compliance
3.3.1 New Hampshire
As a company operating in New Hampshire, AV Roofing complies with all applicable state privacy laws, including the New Hampshire Consumer Protection Act and related privacy regulations. We will not share or sell Users’ personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
Users may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting office@adamvroofing.com.
3.3.2 Massachusetts
As a company operating in Massachusetts, AV Roofing complies with all applicable state privacy laws, including the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 93A) and related privacy regulations. We will not share or sell Users’ personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
Users may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting office@adamvroofing.com.
3.3.3 Maine
As a company operating in Maine, AV Roofing complies with all applicable state privacy laws, including the Maine Consumer Protection Act and related privacy regulations. We will not share or sell Users’ personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users in accordance with Maine state law and take appropriate measures to safeguard personal information.

4. Program Rules & Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to participate
- Employees and contractors of AV Roofing are not eligible
- Referrals must be made through the official referral app
- Fraudulent, misleading, or self-referrals will be voided
- Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for goods/services
5. Program Monitoring & Disqualification
AV Roofing reserves the right to:
- Review all referral activities for fraud or abuse
- Suspend or terminate any User’s access to the Program
- Revoke or reverse Rewards if any activity is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms
All AV Roofing decisions regarding Program eligibility, reward validity, and account status are final and binding.
6. Program Updates, Termination & Scope
AV Roofing may change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Changes to the Terms will be posted in the referral app and/or on the AV Roofing website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
6.1 Program Updates & Changes to Rewards
AV Roofing reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate the Referral Program, including the structure of Rewards, at any time and without prior notice. Any updates or changes to the Referral Program or Rewards will be communicated through the AV Roofing Referral App and/or the official website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these changes.
7. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
